If I Leave This World Early…

To all who knew me, remember this: I was never just the sum of my mistakes or my triumphs. I was a chapter in a much bigger story—one written by the greatest Author of all time. Everything good you saw in me, every spark of joy, every stroke of creation, came not from my own hand, but from Christ working through me.

In this world, they called me SethQuinn44—an artist, a dreamer, a builder of worlds. But titles were never my treasure. My truest role was simply this: to be a vessel for the gifts God entrusted to me, and to share them in ways that might light someone else’s path.

If I fell short—and I did—it was only because I’m human, just like you. Yet I’ve learned that even in our flaws, God’s light finds a way to shine brighter. My art, my actions, my words… I hoped they whispered the same truth: Christ is alive—not only in grand cathedrals or lofty speeches, but in the small, everyday choices we make to love, to forgive, to create beauty in a weary world.

So if you think of me, don’t hold on to the missteps or the shadows I carried. See instead the love of Christ in the things I tried to give. The world can be dark, yes… but there is light in every heart willing to look for it. And if you look for the good, you’ll find God. If you search for hope, you’ll find Christ. And if you seek love, you’ll see Him—alive in you, alive in all of us.

I pray my life, however brief it may have been, was a small reflection of His endless grace. And I pray you carry that light forward. God placed a purpose inside each of us—something only we can bring to the world. Live yours fully. Love boldly. Create fearlessly.

Because in the end, it’s not about the years we have… it’s about the story we leave behind.

Amen.

“I was never just the sum of what I did or didn’t do—I was part of a far greater story. Every gift, every good thing you saw in me came from Christ, whose grace shaped my path. If you remember me, let it be for the light I tried to reflect, not for the shadows I carried. Look for the good and you’ll find God. Live your purpose, love deeply, and carry that light forward—because the story isn’t over… it’s yours to tell now.”
